Senate Committee Hearing on MS4 Permit

The Minnesota Senate Environment and Natural Resources Committee will hold a hearing on the draft NPDES permit for municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s). The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2012 in Room 107 of the State Capitol, beginning at 9:00 AM. This meeting is open to the public.
