The draft fiscal year 2011 Project Priority Lists (PPLs) and Intended Use Plans (IUPs) for the Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF) and the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF) are now available for public comment. 

The PPLs identify projects that are potentially eligible to receive financing through the CWRF or DWRF over the next five years.  Projects are listed in priority order based on a priority scoring system established by each agency/department. 

The IUPs identify the projects and activities the PFA intends to fund from the CWRF and DWRF in state fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011).
