[ February 27, 2012 to May 29, 2012. ] The public comment periods for the Minnesota River turbidity TMDL and the South Metro Mississippi turbidity TMDL will begin on on Monday, February 27. Due to a recent extension, the public comment periods will end on Tuesday, May 29.
