[ February 24, 2012; 4:30 pm; ] The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Minnesota Department of Health are considering amendments to Minnesota Rules Chapter 9400, relating to the certification of water and wastewater treatment operators. Comments and/or requests for a hearing are due Friday, February 24.

[ February 17, 2012; 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. ] In a recent edition of the Federal Register, the EPA announced a series of workshops to solicit public comment on the use of integrated municipal stormwater and wastewater plans to meet the water quality objectives of the Clean Water Act.
